Learning Outcomes
The learning outcome development of the BEC has met the vision of UNY, namely piety, independence, and intelligence as the foundational values that are developed in every learning process as seen in the learning outcome. The learning outcomes are grouped into the domains of attitude, knowledge, general skills, and specific skills, as follow.
Thus, the occupational Profile of Study Program Graduates are
1. Chemistry Education Teacher
2. Researchers in the field of Chemical Education
3. Entrepreneurs in the field of Chemical Education
Attitude (LO1, LO2)
Demonstrating religious spirit, moral, ethics, and characters of Indonesia in a community, society, and state life.
Demonstrating independence and responsibility individually and in group works in the society and state life .
Knowledge (LO3)
Implementing the concepts, principles, laws, and theories and calculations of chemistry, education, and chemistry education that are continuously updated as a part of lifelong learning to solving problems in careers, society, and daily life.
Specific Skill (LO4)
Implelemting scientific work skills and chemistry learning skills that are continuously updated as a part of lifelong learning to solve problems related to chemistry and chemistry education.
General Skill (LO5, LO6)
Implementing the ability for critical thinking, creative thinking, and scientifically argue in dealing with problems in their careers, society, and daily life.
Implementing collaborative skills to build personal development, networking, and solving problems in career, society, and daily life.
The Chemistry Education Study Program has conducted the learning process and its analysis of LO, as shown by the graph of LO achievement analysis. The graph shows that the achievement of LO >3 (ranges 1-4) which is considered very good. This analysis is based on the achievement of the average value of courses towards Learning Outcome (LO).
