On November 28 2023, in courtroom 3 FMIPA UNY, the Department of Chemistry Education FMIPA UNY received a visit from management and teaching staff from the Chemistry Education Study Program, FKIP, Mulawarman University. The delegation from Mulawarman University consisted of 4 people, led by the Coordinator of the Undergraduate Chemistry Education Study Program. The reception of the delegation was coordinated by UUIK FMIPA UNY where the Dean of FMIPA, Prof. Dadan Rosana, please be present to give a speech. In his speech, the Dean of FMIPA expressed his welcome and thanks for the visit of the Mulawarman University delegation.

The activity continued with benchmarking between the Mulawarman University Chemistry Education Study Program and the UNY Chemistry Education Department, represented by Prof. Dr. Antuni Wiyarsi. The main topics in this benchmarking include international accreditation, joint research & publications between lecturers, and the possibility of student credit transfer. The event closed with taking photos together and giving mementos.
