In the presentation that presented by the speakers, as an author of a book entitled Jago Branding, personal branding is a communication or explanation about a person's personality, abilities, skills, behavior, achievements, and uniqueness. Personal branding can be built since was in college because it will have an impact on other people's perceptions. There are 3 main benefits of personal branding, namely: 1) helping someone to get recognition in their field of expertise, 2) getting recognition for their achievements, and 3) increasing self-confidence by optimizing their advantages.

So, how do you build a personal brand? According to Wenny Tri Suryani, S.Si, students can start from 1) recognizing themselves by being aware of other people's perceptions of you. This can start with trying to build your self-image by realizing that's really what other people want you to know about you. 2) Show yourself. This relates to efforts to always maintain attitude and speech, be active in organizations and communities, and be active in cyberspace and use it wisely. Lastly, 3) develop yourself. Publication of positive and useful things to maintain a track record is one way to maintain a good reputation for building personal branding. Through this webinar activity, it is hoped that students can start to build personal branding, so that they become graduates who can have a good impact on society.
