The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on the education sector. Various innovations must be made to ensure lecturing activities in the Department of Chemistry Education FMIPA UNY are carried out well. Blended learning workshop was carried out on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 heed to the COVID-19  health protocols.

Together with Ms. Marfuatun M.Si as the resource person, lecturers in the chemistry education study program took part in workshop to develop courses using the Be-Smart LMS. Gradually, the lecturer starts from creating course pages, filling course material, inserting learning media such as videos, and designing evaluation activities in the form of discussions, assignments and quizzes. Before the training was held, a  guideline module for the development of courses using LMS BeSmart was arranged by Marfuatun, M.Sc., Nur Fitriyana M.Pd., and Metridewi Primastuti, M.Pd. Through the workshop, more than 30 BeSmart pages are ready to be used for lectures in the academic year 2020/2021.
